OBS

Outward Bound Singaporewas spectacular, amazing, incredible, wonderful and all other adjectives that mean "special" but not "fun". The word "fun" would be, um, both an understatement and an overstatement.
They were the most (physically) painful, tiring and weak days of my life, but also the most (mentally) alive and strong days.
Junko made it so special, and this excludes our bloody instructor. Yen Leng was so effing boring and kaobeh that we really couldn't stand her. I cannot forget how the boys cooked all our dinners, and us girls helped them pitch their tent. I cannot forget how Yi Kai screamed "What the F*ck!" while laughing and got scolded and didn't realise it was vulgar. I cannot forget how Liu Yi entered the boys tent and started rolling around that their tent fell. I cannot forget the time we circled around the Peanut Cream Biscuits and munching while laughing at every thing we said. And the time when Cousteau, Cook, Batuta and us made a line and carried down the cayaks, how interesting.
And the time I was hugging the trash bag around and Si Zheng concluded that collecting trash was definitely my talent.
Reminiscing is so fun, and even now walking through the pitch dark living room at night the first thought that came to me was "Where's my torch?" instead of "Where's the switch?". I think it's only after OBS when we started reminiscing when the whole thing becomes fun and hysterical, but during that all you can think of is food, sleep and how you really wanted to give up during the cayaking.
Another funny snippet I remembered:
We were at Campsite 1, and we met Jing Zhan's group, which I knew that they trekked all the way from Campsite 2, and which Jeffry didn't know.
So he was like shouting to them like we were heroes or something:
"Wah, we rafted all the way here from Camp 2 ah! You know, it's like from hell to heaven! Jiayou! You are going from heaven to hell!!"
Then Jing Zhan replied very calmly,
"Oi! We came from Camp 2 also you know."
Lol, I laughed like crazy at Jeffry's idiocy. Speaking of which, I love Wordweb's definition of "idiocy":
Extreme mental retardation. :D
I do not miss OBS, but I do love OBS, like I said, I have only started to love OBS after the whole thing ended. Seriously, for such things, once is definitely enough.
